Alcopa Immo manages the group’s real estate portfolio in Belgium and France, predominantly leasing to third parties. A flagship project includes the redevelopment of the former Renault Vilvoorde site in Belgium, transforming 190,000 m² of industrial space into workshops and warehouses near Brussels. Additionally, the company operates over 100 charging stations and more than 4,500 solar panels, generating 1.7 MWp.
